Welcome to Photo Clipping Path BD ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders, services, and communications between Photo Clipping Path BD and any client ("you," "Client," or "Buyer") who purchases or requests photo editing services, including but not limited to clipping path, ghost mannequin (invisible mannequin) retouching, background removal, color correction, and apparel image editing. By placing an order, sending images for editing, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Photo Clipping Path BD provides professional image editing services, including:
Clipping path and precise cutout services
Ghost mannequin / invisible mannequin retouching
Background removal and replacement
Apparel and product photo retouching
Shadow creation, color correction, and image enhancement
Bulk/batch photo editing for e-commerce catalogs
Specific deliverables, file formats, and turnaround times are agreed upon at the time of order and may be detailed in the individual project brief or Fiverr order description.
2. Order Process
Orders may be placed through our Fiverr seller profile ("photoclippingpa") or any other official channel we designate.
The Client must provide clear instructions, sample images, and reference files needed to complete the order accurately.
Work begins only after an order is confirmed and, where applicable, payment is received in full.
Delivery timelines begin from the point all required files and instructions are received, not from the initial order date.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted per image, per batch, or per project, as agreed before work begins.
Payment is processed through the platform used to place the order (e.g., Fiverr) and is subject to that platform's payment terms.
Rush delivery, complex edits, or additional images beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
We reserve the right to request additional payment for scope changes requested after work has started.
4. Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions (as specified in the order package) are included to ensure the Client's satisfaction.
Revision requests must be specific and submitted within the timeframe stated in the order details.
Requests that materially change the original brief (e.g., new images, different editing style) may be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
5. Delivery
Files will be delivered in the format agreed upon (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD with layers).
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and file quality.
The Client is responsible for downloading and reviewing delivered files promptly and reporting any issues within a reasonable time.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before editing work has started, subject to the policies of the platform used to place the order.
Once editing work has begun, cancellations may only be granted at our discretion, and partial charges may apply for work already completed.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications.
If delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it before considering a refund.
7. Copyright and Ownership
The Client retains all rights to the original images submitted for editing and confirms they have the legal right to submit those images for editing.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final edited files transfers to the Client for their intended commercial or personal use.
We do not claim ownership over the Client's final edited images once payment is complete.
With the Client's permission, sample or before/after images may be used in our portfolio or marketing materials; the Client may opt out of this at any time.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client warrants that all submitted images are either owned by them, licensed for use, or otherwise legally permitted to be edited and used by us.
The Client agrees not to submit images that are illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Photo Clipping Path BD is not responsible for any copyright or trademark disputes arising from images supplied by the Client.
9. Confidentiality
All images, brand information, and project details shared by the Client are treated as confidential. We do not share, distribute, or use Client files for any purpose other than completing the agreed service, except where the Client has given explicit permission (e.g., portfolio use).
10. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy and quality in every project but do not guarantee that edited images will be completely free of errors.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered files, including lost sales or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that specific order.
11. Communication
All order-related communication should take place through the official platform used to place the order (e.g., Fiverr messages) to ensure a clear and traceable record of instructions, approvals, and deliverables.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
